Has anyone played with one or own one?

I am looking at getting my wife one for Christmas, She was looking at getting an eReader but why not something more useful?

I am also looking into them but for $600 you might as well get a laptop. That is me though. Talking about the Galaxy Tab from Samsung.

Heres one at Sears w/ a 10" screen
Viewsonic 10" Android Tablet $379

And another one from Zenith
Zenithink ZT-180 10" Tablet $349

I dont think I could find a use for a tablet any smaller.

The Dell Streak is ok, but I would call it a "Compact Tablet" at only 5". Its like a netbook of tablets. Cool at first, until you actually have to use it. ;)

I am really looking sizes from as small as the Kindle and as big as the iPad.

Remember this is a gift for my wife to use it mainly as an eReader with more functionality. Honestly for the time that I played with the eReaders I found it not as easy to use as my Captivate with the Kindle app downloaded. It is just that the Captivate is too small for my wife to read from but she loves how it works.
