My sister is looking for an App for her Android phone that she can edit pictures with. She just wants to be able to crop, change the color settings (B&W...) and/or add borders and special cliparts.
While i could trust what's most popular on the Google Market, i really enjoy your opinions as you tend to find Gems in the rough that are better than the most "popular" apps at the top of Google's list.
