What case because there are only a few that fit it

And I am not sure on the eta on the xeon cpus yet.

For those who don't know what it is. This is a dual xeon socket 2011 motherboard. The cpus come in up to 8 cores. So 16 cores plus hyper threading

this is larger than XL-ATX

its called EEB Form Factor at 12 inchs x 13 inchs

wait until you see the other board coming in. Its even larger!

IDE. Ya I use one IDE Cable in spare PC. Other than that, it's pretty much dead.....

But the tech repair that do this for a living with their work, see IDE probably daily.

What was it's max speed 133? UDMA6 and ATA-7? Think their was a hybrid for ATA-8...

As the resident Noob, what's the point? Besides bragging rights that you spent way too much for a computer to pump graphics into a 40" screen? i'm assuming this is more of a server than a gaming PC, but with all those video card slots, i'm thinking it's a gaming rig also...

If the human eye can only see so much detail and frames per second, why generate more than we can see, especially since a single chip PC is doing the job? :pinch:

I guess if you wanna code a Blu-Ray, burn it, down load, upload, defrag, run a virus scan, and game at the same time, this is what you'd need. :woohoo:

We have been a little quiet about our project build, but as you can tell our cats our excited about the box that came in today from caselabs. Our dual Xeon, quad GPU build finally has a case!
