So I can remember when I was young always wanting one of these

I have been looking around for a couple of months and I think I am going to drop the hammer on this. Not only will I use it but it would be a nice conversation piece at the house.

Ive read a few articles on how you could make your own MAME emulator cabinet to look just like this.

This. While the retro cabinet is certainly awesome, I'd rather drop the cash on a MAME build.

i think the original is cooler than a mame. Not that there is anything wrong with a mame cabinet

I know we talked about this before but im glad to see that you are still considering it

Used to go to a pizza place in Chicago (forget the name) and they had all the old school table top cabinets that were built into your table to eat. They had the Pac-Man's and Asteroids as well as I believe Centipede and maybe another I can't remember.

I say go for the coolness of getting the real deal even though you could build a MAME variant.
Used to own a pinball machine from the late 60's...loved that thing always a good conversation piece and the ladies loved it.

Didn't one of these show up on an episode of Pawn stars or something?
