New tripod. The other one that I had was falling apart. I asked my dad when he bought it, 1989. So hopefully this one lasts just as long.

Got my dad to help me build a deck on the back of my house. I used the Veranda Armorguard composite decking in Brazilian Walnut along with the coordinating PVC Composite rail system. :)

Thanks Wes! The plan is to put the yard in next month. The spring weather delayed getting the driveway poured and the lot graded--which ultimately prevented the grass from getting planted. Didn't want to try to put the yard in during the July/August summer heat.

You got a point, Wes, and that is usually how it works. This was one of those things that we opted not to include in the price of the home, as we wanted to pick our own landscaper. The builder could have done it for us, but they would have subcontracted the work to a landscaper anyway. :)

If you are boxer brief guy, you need to try these. They are expensive, but they are the best that I have ever tried. I am now up to 13 pairs. Had to replace all of my older models, lol.

That was a joke. Although, i'm at looking at selling my 3 24in Asus monitors and picking up a Dell Ultra Sharp 30in. The three monitor gaming is damn cool but there are just to many hoops to jump through right now and not every game works with it.

This is what I am looking at. Can you say IPS, 2560x1600, sexy as poop, gaming goddess?
