You are at a point where boards are hard to find, especially locally and because of that, the prices of them have gone up. I will look and see if I have anything floating around but I don't think I have any.
I know I mentioned it directly last time you brought this up, but I still think going with a 2200G and the cheapest AM4 motherboard you can find might be a better buy. Z77 boards are going for 100-200 on eBay right now. The AM4 board and CPU would run you about $150 and be faster. Plus it gives you the option to upgrade to a faster Ryzen CPU later. Not to mention that i5 2400 could sell for around $35 on eBay.
