Much discussion went into Diablo 3, we had a lot of great ideas on how to run a tournament in its current format, but Blizzard doesn't provide the tools we need to administer it properly as an official tournament backed with prizes.

StarCraft was not even mentioned in this thread , which has been open for about two weeks seeking feedback about the potential tournament choices, and CoD was mentioned only a few times generalizing FPS pick, but we received much more interest in Tribes.

The list in mentioned post was gathered from this post , which has been active for two months.

That being said, I'd like to emphasis that we put a lot of effort into playing Sudoku with the LAN schedule so tournaments are NOT the focus point of the LAN, leaving plenty of time to play anything. I strongly encourage people to coordinate games they want to play, and if there is anyway the staff can help, just let us know.

It's an amazingly fun game to play at LAN parties, that's what it is.

i would totaly love to rock a combine and harvest some corn. im down for farm simulator as a tournement.

Whoa, I didn't expect this level of interest.

I think we would need to set some ground rules though, some combines are just too good.

I also agree, Let us see who can cultivate the most corn/beans/wheat/tobacco, see who is overall the master farmer.

I agree you know like the green combine can only be used between the game hours of 3:00 and midnight. plus we need to have setup where you see who can get there combines the deepest in the lake!!!

If there was a demolition derby style of game play with the combines, i'd go out and buy the game! That's the most redneck thing i think i've ever seen, but does the fact that i was watching it make me part red-neck?
