Nothing big, but the Most Active Members at the bottom read out users who haven't been on for at least 3 months.

I must say, i like it already ready. I like the idea of showing all the topics on the right and being able to go to them since there is something new, instead of showing every post which took up lots of space and when there were lots of posts going on at the same time, it was hard to keep track of what i looked at and what was really new.

Why does it show most of us twice in the online users section at the bottom?

Dave you should also check out the topic view all the way at the top left of the forums.

Josh, thats because the website has you signed in an hour ago, and just now.

I'd really like a hands on guide through the site and the new features. Maybe you could do something at 5.0 to show us all the cool stuff this thing does. There's lots of buttons

Yeah there is a lot too the site, but i love some of the features

-spoiler alert
-easy to attach video from just about any website
-integrated video and audio player if you decide to host a video or mp3 yourself, it can put a player right in the post
-pm system is fully integrated into the forums
-topic listing option
-forum icons show when you have a new post
-map showing where all of the members are located (this only works if everyone updates there profile)
-RSS feeds
-The ability to hide a whole category of forums if needed

Also josh, it shows lersar and I online twice because we are also logged into the admin backend

oh, ok.
What about the connection requests. I'm at work and i'm sure our firewall wouldn't like people connected to my PC here, if that's what it's doing...

I thought i would be like a torrent thing, where you could get stuff from shared folders like Borgchat...
Which would be kinda cool!, but i'm sure would open up the site to liabilities of file sharing, even though i'm sure everyone here is on the up & up with their piracy protection :-)

Review Question: Is there a spot to ask questions/post comments on the products? I was looking at the Razer Moray+ and i wondered how long the cord is? I have the Coolermaster 690 and the earphone plug is either on the top of the case, or in the back on my motherboard and all the ear-buds i have (which i prefer to over the ear headphones) have shorter cords that are designed to be used while working out... So i have issued with beign able to move far away from my tower as it's usually on the tabletop next to me at LAN's and the cord just isn't as long as i'd like..

Actually I had at thought about that Wes. I'm not sure what kind of coding needs to go into it, but is it possible to have a category for the reviews that when a new review is posted, a thread is automatically generated with all the same info? This would allow people to post comments about our reviews, and it would solve the whole problem with anonymous ass-hats posting spam and what-not on the site.

I really think it would be helpful, the only concern I have is that it would be too much of a pain to get it to auto generate like that.

I suppose we could always just copy\paste the review each time (sounds like that would fall under my job list lol) and make the thread ourselves if its not possible.

EDIT: Also with the new image function built into the forum where it pops up that nice flash job of the image... it breaks my linking function in my signature. Both my pictures link to my gaming info respectively and now they're broke. Not much of a big deal really, just noting it.

EDIT EDIT: I really like how when you click on an image it does that pop out... is it possible for us to use that when we do our news\review articles so that I can post a thumbnail sized shot, and then you can click on it to see it expanded in full?

EDIT EDIT EDIT: I love the new forums, this is so much fun! lol

I like the quick post, text box. No need to hit reply. And it's full featured. It's also nice to have the different color icons back, indicating there's a new post, there. Any chance of getting the "mark as read" button back? No big deal. Sometimes there's a thread going, that I don't care to read. MMO talk, for example. It's nice to be able to clear that out as being new.

Another thing that I like is when you click the the latest posts on the right it takes you to the end :)

Actually it takes you to the 'last page'. What I mean by that is I show posts in reverse order, so the newest is listed first. So if I navigate using the sidebar, I have to click 'First' everytime lol.

No big deal, but there might be a way to have it take you to the actual post, rather than the 'page'.
