Well it happened and it happened quickly. We sold out all of our seats in record time. Officially registration was open for two and a half weeks and we sold out nearly three months before the event. Don't worry though, there are always people who have something come up between picking up their seats and the event. Post up here on this post so we know who to contact when seats come available.

Hopefully everyone who wants to go will be able too!

Also just so everyone knows. I can't change seats around in the week before the LAN. I have to have time to make name badges, seatmaps, ect.

A few people have already been seated. If you are looking for a seat don't forget to post up. I know there are at least three seats that I'm hearing should be opening up

This brings up a good thought. If someone does have a laptop, would that free up some power to allow you to open up a few spots. I doubt it's the network that's causing the limit on seats.
Just an idea, if people would be interested in siting at a laptop only table to allow others to come, or for them to be able to come themselves. I'm thinking the week before the event is kinda late to plan for it, but something you could look into for future events, since there is such a desire to come and play, especially from people who typically always make it, but didn't sign up quick enough.

Are you just out of tables? I'm sure some people could bring some if that meant getting a seat. Typically i always think it's the power that's the limiting factor.

We are really packed for space, there is a little room but not much. We plan on changing how we layout the room and adding a few more seats but we couldn't do that this time due to a surprise that we have planned

Contacted the last two on the list for the seats that are open. Will move on to anyone else who adds themselves to the list at 9pm if I don't sell them.


I've now had 11 people contact me who wanted seats but haven't posted up on here yet. Don't be scare, I don't bite!

ALSO I'm looking to lock down ALL spots and seats tonight at midnight. I have to have time to make all of these changes to the nametags, seatmaps, registration lists, raffle tickets, ect

That means if you or any of your friends are sitting on a seat and they won't be able to make it. Today is the FINAL day to make any changes
