Nothing has been confirmed or denied but a Chinese from pcinlife.com group supposedly has their hands on one and ran a bench test to see its numbers.
1920 shader units
24 shader clusters
96 texture units
32 ROPS
The site ran additional benchmarks to gauge the performance of the card. With Crysis on very high settings at 1920x1200 pixels with AA set to x4, the HD 6870 was rumored to run at an average of 43.55 frames-per-second. Unigine which tests DX11 and tessellation performance the graphics card was said to average 36.6 FPS, even with tessellation set to extreme.
Seems to be about a 20% increase in power over the 5870 but still these things can be shopped pretty good but showing a GPU-Z screen does show some validity but until AMD releases some real numbers I would still approach this with caution.
