So I've got a choice to make with my next upgrade...
AMD or Intel It seems that I have one Motherboard for each.
The Motherboards are pretty much the same, only thing is the AMD is lacking USB3.
I'm Looking to put a
LG Black Blu-ray Disc Combo SATA Model UH10LS20 and a
Crucial RealSSD C300 CTFDDAC128MAG-1G1 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
New in the build, my Seagate 1TB drive will be reused.
As for Processor I'm not sure whether I go with the
Intel Core i7-870 Lynnfield 2.93GHz LGA 1156 Quad-Core Processor
Or the
AMD Phenom II X6 1075T Thuban 3.0GHz Socket AM3 Six-Core Desktop Processor
Now on the Graphics side I have a few choices
Keep the 4870x2 that I have or drop in the ATI HD5570 Video card or drop in the Nvidia 450.
I have a 750W Cooler master PSU and/or an Antec 850W PSU to throw at this setup... so power shouldn't be an issue.
Any Help would be great!
The system is mostly used for Gaming. I do a bit of Video, audio and photographic work as well.
Let the debate Rage!!!

(If it helps I'm running a GIGABYTE GA-MA69GM-S2H AM2 Motherboard with an AMD Phenom X4 9850 Quad Core CPU. The CPU is Cooled by a Corsair H50 water cooler. Graphics are handled by a SAPPHIRE 100251SR Radeon HD 4870 X2 2GB. 8Gb of Corsair XMS2 ram help out. A Maxtor 500Gb and a Seagate 1Tb Hard drives Round out the Storage. All of this is powered by a Cooler Master 750W PSU. )
