Hey all, guess what.....my Snow White build got picked for the June issue of CPU Magazine! www.computerpoweruser.com/DigitalEditions/Default.aspx Sorry if I sound like I'm chest thumpin, but I just really excited. After seeing all the amazing Mods that have been chosen in the past, I really didn't think mine was worthy. Anyway. I got another build going and hope I can get it finished up for the next LAN! Later.

I just sent Chad at CPU a message asking if they have not shipped the copies of CPU for NeXus LAN yet if they could send the June issue since an attendee case is on the freaking cover!!!!

I'm gonna really try to make it for Nexus. I am not able to commit 100% so I didn't register yet. I see there is an overflow section and hopefully if I can get the time there will be one available for me. It would be really be weird (in a cool way) to go to a LAN and see my PC on the cover of all the MAGs layin on the tables, lol.

Dang I thought you were registered. OK so yeah you really need to get here now. Chad is trying to get us advanced copies of the June issue. Also a seat was just posted as free to 1st takers. MeijerLPO cant make it so there is a free seat if you wanna take it PM him on nexus site.

I would love to go, but it is a long drive and not sure if I can get off work. Gettin there is not the problem...AFTER the LAN is. I get up at 3:30am for work monday. If I can't have that following monday off, there is no way I will be able to do it. Lan ends 6pm. Even if I pack up and head out around 3-4pm...add my 6+ hour drive...gets me home WAY too late to get any sleep. ( I drive a tractor trailer for FedEx...10+ hour days...dont want a sleepy guy behind the wheel of a big rig do ya? LOL) I will not be able to know if I have Monday off until next week, so don't wanna commit and take a spot that can be used by a gamer that CAN go 100%.

ARRRGGHH!! I have YET to see the actual magazine. I been looking everywhere, but can't find anyone who carries it. I have a subscription, but STILL NOTHING!

BTW, Nexus Lan will be a no-go for sure. Can't get that monday off. :( We are down a couple guys at work and they can't let anyone other than the one guy that is on vacation take off. Not cool.
