Tribes Ascend

I just got into the Tribes Ascend closed beta. I will let you know how it goes.

Played a few maps but it is missing the luster of the original tribes game.

It's still got some time to develop, so here's hoping. Nevertheless, it will be free (right?) and more compelling (in my opinion) than the $75+ shooters being released annually and ported to PC. *Cough* fill in your own *cough*.

Yep free with micro transactions.

I know this is a bit of an old post, but I'm liking Tribes Ascend a lot. I picked up a starter pack on Impulse and installed the game through Steam. I have been playing any chance I can lately. Hope to game with everyone at v11 with this one.
