Friend just sent this to me.. I said might because I couldn't verify it.

Ubisoft installs a backdoor that allows any website to take over your computer. The Sony BMG rootkit was also DRM and required product recall when it was discovered.

Make sure your firewall is locked down and antivirus is up to date. Better yet just don't play unbisoft games. Although that is a tough choice.
