I already had the beta installed. Installed CS:S yesterday, runs beautifully. Also ran TF2 to get the Tux item, it ran pretty well too.

I tried running it in a virtual machine... didn't wanna run so gonna try a dual boot and see.

You could even try the wubi installer if you don't want to mess around with partitioning. I would just give it the full 30GB if you do give it a shot.
