So, Blizzard announced the Special Edition, MSRPing at $100. It includes apparently WoW in-game pet, art book, Jim Raynor's dog tag replica USB drive with Starcraft and Brood War expansion on it, behind the scenes DVD, and a cool box.

Also, I don't know how I missed this before, but I just recently learned that the campaign to SC2 consists of a retail version for Terran, Zerg, and Protoss, while each will include the full multiplayer experience.
