I let this run all night but my pc rebooted this morning because of the windows update.

I did see two 40k winners at one point though lol

It only took well over 5k years

Well i guess we know how the lottery makes money. I was averaging an $.08 or 8% return on my investment. So that meant $.92 of every $1 spent went to paying the poor tax that is the lottery.
And actually if you study most of the people who win millions, their lives are ruined and they wish they never had won...

Those people ddin't know how to handle it and blame other people than looking at their own lives.

Games played: 5 million+ seen 40k 9 times 2million 0 times and the big jackpot 0 times.

I understand, but all the crazies that come out of the woodwork and i've heard some of the stories of the millionaires and how they say that people tell them they are mean if they dont just give them a few $1,000.00 since they are soo rich now. So even if you did the right things in hiring a lawyer, finance person, and body guards, it's still something i would've want. Just give me $50,000.00 I'd pay off my house and it would be enough to change my way of life...

True, but I am a mean person. If they ask then they get nothing and I would say sucks to be you BUT friends/family that don't ask I would help out.

Ran the simulator all day. Here are the results....

After simulating for 25k YEARS still no big jackpot!

Im gonna let it run overnight, and see if it hits. It is set to stop if it gets the jackpot.

Wish you could make it run faster? i mean really can't it just tell you when it's going to hit. I guess it's after 200K years like the thing says, but really, i wanna see all the money put in before the big win!
All it takes is that one big win to make the game worth playing again. It would bring you to turning a profit! And actually you are profiting, which makes me think that the simulator is wrong. the deck is stacked with the house, not you... Very interesting though. I wonder at what point you went back in the black in your spending/winning ratio!

It seems I may have been a little lucky on the lottery yesterday.

Here is what I woke to...

This is more along the lines of what is expected. Just like going to a casino.... over a long enough time period, the house always wins!

If only you had 62000 years to try it out!
