Looks kind of like the Noctura NH-U12P SE2 but with a better fan install design. The Noctura uses 2 metal hooks to secure it to the heatsink which where a bitch to install not to mention the AMD bracket was also a pain in the ass and the instructions had little help on what to do.
The LED light is a nice little touch and does give that raw performance feel to it from the pictures.
